brb 208 lbs but "whats your appetite like" because thats an extremely low weight for 5'9
gotta love how good ol winter clothes make the ectomorph bodytype disappear no matter how heavy you get
or everyone is really that dumb this year
giving everyone the heads up on stupidity thats here. its getting worse
5 cups of body fat = 1 cup of muscle for the same weight

208 at 5'9'' doesnt sound like ecto morph at all... that is either fat or jacked depending on body fat level. ectomorph at 5'9'' would be like 160 pounds.

Just like I can't expect to be the same size I was in college playing 4 hours of tennis a day, followed by weights at the end. it's not realistic.

I'm 5'10. I skip leg day 99% of the time, so majority of my muscle weight is upper body. Not that I have a lot of muscle or anything.
I weighed in at 172.8 lbs today. I look and feel bloated though. Lower 160's is my happy place. Mid-upper 150's is my favorite place. At the mid-upper 150's I feel super energetic.
At 5'10, my BMI currently is 24.8. Just inches away from being "Overweight." Apparently 174 lbs at 5'10 is the "Overweight" mark.
Also according to BMI calculators, 128 lbs at 5'10 is the "Underweight" mark. Though I can barely imagine even getting into the upper 140's, let alone the 120's lol.
I think in 2024 you gotta add 2.5 to the BMI calculator results for accurately assessing society's views. So like, instead of 18.5 being the cutoff for underweight, and 25.0 being the cutoff for overweight... it's more like 21 for underweight, 27.5 for overweight. Why are society's views so skewed compared to the numeric system? Because everyone is pharking fat. 41% obesity rate in USA right now, smh. 50 years from now when everyone is fat like in Wall-e, you'll have to add 5 to the numbers. So 23.5 BMI will be the cutoff for underweight, and 30 will be the cutoff for overweight.
In other words, 50 years from now when 30 BMI is the cutoff to go from being normal weight, to overweight, at 5'10 I'd have to weigh 208 pounds to be considered overweight lol. I wish I was exaggerating but this is probably gonna be true. I've never even been in the 190s in my whole life, but I've felt FAT AS HELL to the point of embarrassment in the 180's before.

If fat people are getting that uppity around you, it’s your own damn fault for not making them hang their head in shame at their condition.
There’s like a million subtle ways to cuck fat people without being outright socially unacceptably rude. And going full johnnydeep is always the nuclear Sampson option.
Also you should do this because it’s for their own good. I’m watching an aunt in law kill herself this holiday season. Extreme surgery failure due to size etc.. people keep giving her pie and ice cream and chit every meal. Like yo she’s fukking dying what the fuk man.

i feel tremendously sorry for those in winter that actually lift that are well below 10% bodyfat and have to weigh like 270 just to take up space
watch out for the 30%+ in groups! especially in hs where the no gymers make assumptions on you because THEY weren't in the gym to SEE you and your lifts

How is your health? How do you feel? Those are more important questions vs. a label.
I agree the BMI needs to go up. I don't think doctors will, though. They'll just try to put everyone on Oz***** for life to get them in the "Normal" range, even with the side effects.
