Incredibly Disappointed in Pantera (the band) (Jesus's dad)
I don't know much about Pantera other than the essentials (Dimebag Darrell is a guitar god, etc.) - not really my thing. But I always assumed they were named after Pantera, the Roman solider the jews (lol) say Mary cucked her husband Joseph for and who is Jesus's true dad (in fact, the Talmud literally refers to Jesus as "Jesus, son of Pantera" lol).
I always thought that was metal as fukk to name your band after Pantera the solider - its like a huge middle finger to christianity, religion, and western culture in general.
Anyways, turns out they named it after a race car and a fukking panther. Extremely disappointed in them for this missed opportunity. Like, fukken lie about how you got your name. A fukken panther. And anyone who wears a Pantera shirt - I always thought they were badasses because of I thought it was reference to the solider. But now I know they are just ghey bois.

“The name Pantera was actually suggested to me by a friend in high school,” Paul recalled. He said at first his he and his bandmates considered “corny” names like “Eternity” and “Gemini.” Paul didn’t even know what “pantera” meant when his friend indicated it’s a “badass race car.” He then presented it to his bandmates and the rest is history.
Of course, they later found out that the name translates to “panther” in Spanish and, as Paul said, “it just built from there.”

you cant even make one post without getting into your religious bullchit.
Do you even like their music? Were you raised by a group of militant islamists?

Also, no, not into their music at all. I appreciate Dimebag Darrell. But again, whether or not you like them is irrelevant to the issue of believing they were doing something that was incredibly controversial and rebellious (and admiring them for that), just to find out it was incredibly milquetoast.
Also, this has nothing to do with religion, it is about "giving society the middle finger," which is one of the things I thought metal was always about.
It seems you are the one who can't look through anything through any lens other than the "protect the rabbis at all cost" lens.
