You right. I’ve made this at least a dozen times. I only used a 1/4 cup of gochugang. I normally use a 1/2 cup, and double the potatoes. Then have the leftover taters with eggs for breakfast. Cutting down on my carbs though. Next time I’ll go back to 1/2 cup with the same amount of taters as above.

Much the same. Except I mince the garlic instead of tossing in the chicken. And put the minced garlic along with about 2 inches of grated ginger in the gochugang and oil mixture.
