Francis Ngannou VS Anthony Joshua March 9th
Who do you boys have?
Francis is 2-3 years older than Anthony, and supposedly 2” shorter, but he has a slight reach advantage and is heavier.
I underestimated Francis against Fury, and Fury had to switch styles to just outboxing and out pointing him. I think Joshua could do the same since he should be more technically sound than Francis, but Francis has power, size and a chin. The Saudis are making all of the fun matches happen lately.

AJ was wobbly against an old broken down Klitschko but it made for a back and forth fight.

AJ is left talkin gibberish after going 12 rounds against cruiserweight-sized Usyk.
Ngannou has boxing skills, he’s not like the other MMA guys. He has real power and athleticism, unlike the other MMA guys (minus Jon Jones).
As much as I like seeing boxers beat down MMA guys, this is Ngannou by knockout.

Francis is just a freak of nature. He has crazy natural athleticism and reaction time. He parried a lot of Fury’s jabs during their fight just by reacting. Curious to see how he does against someone he doesn’t have to stretch so much to reach.

This is so crazy. on the one hand, AJ never gets PHYSICALLY out of shape like fury, but he has mental issues.
Now AJ looked great last fight, if he can maintain his cool he can easily outbox or knock out Franis...
But AJ also has that other side of him when he panics under pressure, he did it against Ruiz 1 and he did it again in Usyk 1. he gets the deer in the headlights look and just freezes up.
Entirely possible for francis to pull the upset, if AJ panics. Francis hits hard as fuk too, usually these MMA guys have no power but hes got power and Aj only has an average chin. All the pressure is on AJ this fight. Francis has no pressure, if he looses or even gets knocked out, so what, hes a 38 year old cage fighter in his second fight. Aj has a lot of pressure on him to outperform Fury.

There is no martial purity in MMA.
There is martial purity in Boxing. It is pure.
MMA is a mixed abomination. It's not any single martial art. It is a different creature altogether.
