ITT: Post pic of current physique + your goal from now till end of 2024 (bearmode)
Currently a hairy bitch and entering bearmode/sasquatchmode for the long cold winter. Goal for June 2024 is to cut down leaner than I've ever been and goal for end of 2024 is to try my best at maintaining said lean physique.
Let's hear what your own physique goals are.
For your time.......

edit: will rape they angus thoroughly if you share. Let's all aim to improve this year (srs).

Holy moly you don't need to change your physique at all!!! Your physique is amazing, especially during the winter. Very impressive.
Summer would only be to barely, barely cut if you would like to attract moar sloots at a pool party, but I can't remember if you're married or not.
Do you lift and do cardio? How often for each one?
No pics as I lost 20 lbs but people on here would still call me fat but my plan is to lose 30 moar by summer.
The worst is 2 years ago I showed before and after pics with a 30 lb weight loss and then guys only posted my before pics in other threads. Sigh.
I remember you talking about ending your cut. How much are you planning to gain?
Ideally, I'm thinking I should gain no more than about 1-2lb per month. Since I've been in the game for a while now, I'm just trying to eke out a little bit more muscle mass. Would need some pharmaceuticals to make significant size increases

Just coming back to a populated thread this morning so thanks to those who contributed. Will be spreading my daily rapes around to those who shared!
Too lazy to quote individually so I'll answer a few questions above:
I currently don't do cardio beside shovelling (fuking Canada) and running around with my dog. I'll hike more in the summer months.
Routine for a while has been my own version of PPL (push/pull/legs) I run out of my own dungeon gym. Most of my lifts are compounds. I used to train heavier when I was heavier and actively after putting on more mass but I've lightened it up in recent years. I'm still training till failure and hitting it hard 3x a week but I'm focusing more on stretching and full ROM and not pushing super heavy for a small amount of reps. Getting older. Little aches and pains beginning. This keeps me feeling young and limber.
No clue what size my nips are. I actually got gyno surgery 10 years ago around. As cliché as this is, it really changed my life.
Boyos above looking good! On spread with Metro (probably always on spread tbh) but I will rape you if I get the chance
Best of luck to everyone here and their goals. It's never too late to make changes. I only got much leaner in my 30s. I seriously was 50 pounds heavier in my early 20s. All fat too.
Edit: message to terry boyo above. At your height and weight, considering your current level of body fat, I'd recommend you work to lose 30 pounds. srs. I was shocked at how much weight I was able to lose. Dry in the mornings, I'm only sitting at around 171-172 right now with my current physique @ 5'10. I used to be 215!

Every year I make my old shoulder injury worse and it takes a few months for rehabilitation.
Ironically it always happens when things are going to be great.
My left shoulder is the weak link due to the repeated injury, so my goal is to learn not to overdo it and correct muscle imbalance in size and strength wisely.
Considering my age, the next few years would be the last chance to do that.
Y'all look really awesome and young beasts like OP and other lifters ITT are always my inspiration, which gives me another few years worth of passion and fuel to keep lifting weights.
After all, this is a Bodybuilding forum and we all need to remember that.
Thank you for reminding me of that and good luck on your 2024 goals.

Always glad to see you posting and definitely a big inspiration to see a man with your physique at your age!I love lifting and never plan on stopping, unless something concrete prevents me from doing so, and I hope to look this good in my 60s.
