Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies (good recipe) pics

Took the Toll House recipe and modified it / switched some ingredients. These are killer. Bakery quality.

Switched out the butter with coconut oil
Switched out the flour with King Arthur White Whole Wheat flour
Doubled the vanilla
Switched the white sugar with sugar in the raw




Ingredients
• 2 ¼ cups King Arthur White Whole Flour (254 grams weigh it if you can)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup coconut oil
• 3/4 cup sugar in the raw
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups chocolate chips (used the keto chips from Costco 55% cacao)
