It's so easy to be in shape

I ate like total sh*t all of 2023. Seriously like once a week I had a full on binge of candy and cake and cookies and all kinds of sh*t. Literally dialed it in from December 29th to today and am lean as f*ck after like 12 days of being focused. No idea how this country is so obese dead serious.

I will say I feel much better. Far less inflammation compared to what I was doing before.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Can confirm. I lost track of the gallons of gin and ounces of heroin I consumed last year. But I lifted some weights and I’m good to go. Thanks for sharing!

Can confirm. I would think I had the most unhealthy diet of any living being, but I look better than 99.9% of the people I see out there.
