Single women owning a house isn't a thing

You either have women with kids in a house she stole from her ex-husband or she has no kids or ex-husband and lives in an apartment because she's too irresponsible to have earned a home on her own.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Yea I know some fat useless women at work like this. I'm talking working an entry level job 30 years into their career. Women are carried by men in life and get all the fruit with 0 effort. They can't lose. Sad cause some hard working men are losing hard despite trying their best. We live in a gynocentric clownworld and there's nothing we can do but submit to their domination over us.

It's not as common as single dudes but I know two girls who have their own mortgages alone, one with a 1 bedroom condo and another who has had multiple houses and is trying to build a flipping business right now

Young single women earn more than young single men so I'm pretty sure they do buy more houses.

My gf owns 3 homes srs, she got a tech job in 2018 bought her first house after her dad pressured her to do so (otherwise she probably would've been a rentcel) then she bought a duplex during covid, now she bought another single family home and rents the other two out. I own one house trying to keep up with this sloot

The vast majority of women are incapable of/too lazy to deal with the responsibilities of home ownership. Can you imagine asking a woman to mow a lawn once a week, shovel/snowblow a large driveway by herself every time it snows, maintain the utilities of a home, etc.? Lmao.

First loan was for $300k, second loan was for $200k as she put $70k down on the duplex in a rural area, third loan was for $300k as she put $100k down on the current house, she gets big bonuses at work every year, one year she cashed out her RSU's for like $50k so that helped a lot. Basically the stars have been aligning for her since covid

i was more so curious as to what she does for work or is she using inheritence? most banks arent giving out that kinda money unless you have a real strong financial backing

tbh I've known a few chicks 27+ who had houses without kids or anything. It's kind of cash chilling at her house and eating her food while she pays the mortgage. It's kind of like I own two houses lol.

She's a software engineer, I guess it depends on the rates first two loans were low rates, her first mortgage is only like $1500/months which is peanuts for her, second mortgage is $1300/ month (in that range) and one of the duplexe tenants pays it then the other duplex tenant is profit, third mortgage is $3000/month as she just bought it and the lender forced her to put $100k down just to be approved otherwise lender aas saying no. Lender knew other two were going to be rented so that might've helped too

No inheritance

For a bunch of supposed red pillers, you m'fkers are awfully ignorant about the real world.

A single woman, with no kids, who has her chit together and her own house: how long do you think she stays single for?

It isn't that theycan'tdo it, it's that they get snapped up by guys who have their chit together, looking for women who have their chit together.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

Very true. The only women I've ever known to own a house were a lesbian couple who pooled their money together.

Other than that every woman either won "their" home in a divorce or used money won in a divorce/child support to pay for it. Even women with good paying jobs spend every penny on frivolous things

I’ve talked to many sloots who like to brag about how independent they are, only to have taken the house in the divorce . Then proceed to meet more guys to get as much equity as they could each time .
Come to think of it , that’s the majority of sloots actually
