Misc, critique my soyboy diet
for health, not bodybuilding. because those are two different things.
it goes like this:
- drink only water 99% of the time
- for caloric intake: regular pasta, white rice and bread everyday (50/50 whole grain and regular white bread)
- mixed vegetables almost everyday for fiber, antioxidants, etc.
- handful of nuts and seeds everyday for unsaturated fat, minerals, etc.
- fruits couple times a week for fibre, vitamin C
- yogurt couple times a week for gut health
- cheese couple times a week for protein and chit
- fish couple times a week for protein, b12, omega 3, etc.
- beans and legumes couple times a week for protein, fibre, minerals, etc.
- kimchi couple times a month for probiotics, gut health
what i tend to avoid:
- meat (due to saturated fat, cholesterol, hormones)
- eggs (same as above)
what i'll have occasionally:
- soy products
- meat (when eating out)
- candy
supplements i take:
- D3
- b12
thoughts?

Bro you won't eat meat but you'll eat pasta and bread? Thats fukkin retarded. What about all the roundup and other chemicals in wheat as well as the low quality oils and other junk ingredients in those products?
I could understand being concerned with what the animals eat and hormones and drugs they're given when it comes to the meat in the grocery store but if youre so worried about that why not buy like grassfed/finished pasture raised organic meat? And animal fat isn't bad, only in excess of calories and I do believe that you'll consume more toxins in the fat rather than muscle tissue when it comes to how the animal ate and what chemicals they were exposed to.
Also yogurt for gut health is bullcrap in my opinion. The limited bacteria supply in yogurt doesn't make a real positive difference in your gut. The bacteria just gives yogurt its texture and allows companies to use milk powder to make another product. In fact any milk products like yogurt and cheese are made from pasteurized and ultra processed milk which i actually think is not good for you. Its like a Frankenstein food its far from the way nature intended it to be.
Eating Fiber and abstaining from processed foods and artificial substances is the best thing for your gut health and microbiome. Already fermented veggies are good tho. Yogurt, im not convinced. Thats just a cope to make yogurt seem like a health food. If you tolerate dairy then fine but its just calories.
Other than that pretty reasonable and good.
