Do microwaves ruin nutritional value of food? (srs)

Read this here and there. Is it true or BS?

Thinking about it, launching microwaves at organic matters doesn't seem as 'healthy' as just heating it but im not scientist

Doubt it would be enough to matter to anyone, if it does anything at all.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I almost never use my microwave srs.

Unless something is specifically packaged for a microwave heating I won't use it

Toaster oven / air fryer combo almost completely eliminates the need for a microwave

no, all it does is make the particles in the food vibrate and that's how it heats the food.

it doesn't add or take anything away from the food.
If she vapes, bin her off.

If she smokes, light it up.

Roll on the weekend, sorted.

I've also been wondering this

Apparently the microwave demineralizes food

I try not to use it that much like others have said because of this

Cannot confirm if actual fact

I've heard the opposite, srs.

Boiling causes the nutrients to be leached out. And ovens have longer cook times with higher temperatures causing nutrient waste.

i didnt use them for over 10 years out of fear.

i dont think theyre as dangerous as some like to make out.

i dont think theyre as safe to use as the powers that be let on.

despite that ive started using them again, because i should imagine based on their longevity if they are bad for us its comparable to other things that negatively impact our health but still allow us to live to 80 plus

with regards to nutrition almost certainly. heat destroys things and microwaves are by far the most proficient commercially available product at heating things.

i would personally be more concerned for my health for being russian srs

And not cooking certain foods can make it inedible and cause parasites. The nutritional value lost from cooking food is negligible.

I've read that before also. Don't know what to make of it. Heating food impacts the nutrient content. I don't know if microwaves are more damaging to nutrients or not compared to an oven.
