probably using one of those volume licenses that can go poof without a warning. they have windows licenses like that that are frequently listed on slickdeals.

not saying they're not legit, just that sometimes they're not obtained legitimately, and can get shut down by microsoft.

Ok dude, I work in finance and have used excel for 25+ years. But I should learn all the functions and accept the limitations of some other program so I don't have to spend $20.

Lol, how is that a real thing? Always thought being good at excel was just something that was useful for some specific office jobs. Don't even know what these guys were doing most of the time.
