How often do you shower?

some say.....

"you should be showering, bathing or cleansing yourself every two to three days." Though, if you're working out or engaging in an activity where you are sweating a lot, you may have to shower more often"

I agree with this statement. It might be icky to some people but I do not shower daily. I shower every two or three days but it also depend on what I am doing that day or what activities etc. Example: If I am going out with friends etc... I will shower lol. If I am just doing my own errands etc.. I normally wouldn't.




How about you.... do you shower daily, every other day, etc???

Every morning.

Caffeine and a shower helps me wake up. I like to clear out my nose in the shower after sleeping for 8 hours, blow all dem boogers out. The warm humid air helps moisten the nose so it's the best time to do it

I don’t stay in there long but I like to shower often. I personally think it’s why I’m so healthy. It helps me relax. I also pee in there. Most women I know rarely ever shower.

depends how I feel, for probably ten years I showered as much as possible/twice a day, I found the opposite the healthiest, the more showering the worse my skin and hair looked

I roll out of bed and in to the shower in the morning.

Every evening, I either lift or swim and shower again after that.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

I used to be a Custodian over SUmmers when in college at my local High school...they (Girls) are some of the nastiest motherfukers i've ever seen. Then i let 2 sloots live in my apartment in college to help with rent and the same exact thing. Just fkn NASTY.

I would most likely shower at night than morning because most people are active or doing something during day time.

Work from home crew. I wash my face/moisturize/sun screen in the morning. Shower at night so I'm clean for bed.

Once a day. Never morning shower.

I do gym after dinner so come home from work, dinner, change to gym clothes, lift, shower, comfy clean clothes until sleep.
No need to shower again in the morning.

When i do morning gym session i shower twice tho. Once after gym & again after work/before bed.

Several times a day is cool If ur in warm climate. In Norway it is a hassle especially during winter. Also expensive.

I lift every morning and shower after every day. If I run in the evening or golf or go the beach in the summer during the day I shower again after.

I have before gone a day without showering because i didn't do **** but basically stayed in all day.. but it's normally once a day and depending on what i did that day another time before bed
