Never weightlifting when sick ever again srs

Just prolonged my Cold after finally feeling good enough to gymmaxxx.

Later that night my symptoms relapsed a bit and I have backtracked my recovery.

This is the 3rd time this happens to me.

SRS, will just lay in bed for a week from now on when sick, even if I start feeling better. A gym session is not worth to trade for a few more miserable days.

Going to the gym won’t make a cold get worse.

High test actually

It might make a cold or virus relapse. Your body needs to fight the illness, not lose fuel on muscle tissue.
When I was like 15 it worked, but since I hit 28, the last 3 years every time I hit the gym when sick I just become sicker.
