Another day. No smoking got to say
Rough guys...it' is rough.
Smoked 1 this morning. Thinking maybe 1 a day mat be the better option. Instead of cold turkey.

it is not a better potion. Every time you smoke, primes you for another one. That is how it worked for me. Complete abstinence is the way to go, less pain actually.

I figure a couple draws a day till the desire disapates all together. It's been two days and after the first couple draws I almost felt like I was going to pass out it made me so light headed
Cigs are soon. To be just another bad.memory.

I quit a few months ago.. I still miss them from time to time. But my gums feel so much better now that I can’t imagine going back. They legit used to be sore.

Im glad i can drop cigs like nothing. Honestly if i didnt drink id never desire to have a cig again. I usually only have a few during a drinking session if at all.
