Online-the only trainer companies who make 12.5 wide UK, which is 13.5 EE US size are New Balance & Asics-NB are chunky as hell & have horrible tongue slide, so I plump for Asics which only usually have one or two colours/styles in that size. Rockport used to do that size in shoes-but went bust/got taken over & no longer sell them-but I still have a pair & a couple of other cheaper brands I found at a UK specialist in big sizes online.

lol feels, size 13US sneaker crew. The good thing is, I only ever really wear crossfit type sneakers (TYR, Reebok Nano etc). I can usually findsomecolorway/model in a 13, but it might not be the exact one you want. Boots are usually pretty easy because they make them roomier for boot socks. I just wear a 12 and wear regular sports socks
