Makes sense really. Most whites who want and can obtain higher end positions already have them. Then you have the too cool for work whites who are doing their podcasts and side hustles. The riff raff that's left over in labama and such, well they're salt of the earth. Consequently there is a large number of newly minted minorities who are finally breaking out of the lower classes, who believe a degree and a fancy title are a necessity. When if they're paid shyt.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

It doesn't make sense to happen so quickly the very year DEI and white guilt swept over the country, 60% of the country only getting 6% of the jobs is deliberate.
