Doctor needs to lose his license. But these pics look like they were taken not to long after surgery, hopefully they look better a couple months out

I don't know anything about how face lifts are done but how do they end up hiding the scars at their hairline and around their jaws? I don't even see any change on that one asian chick, I think she was 3rd down.
