Baldwin facing more charges that could lead to 18 months in the slammer.

Hopefully he doesnt run into miscer fitnessghey aka FailedToPenetrate if he gets jail time.

If he had made the shot as part of the scene then I’d say he would be blameless. The responsibility would sit with the gun
expert.

However, it seems he took a practice shot that wasn’t part of the scene. Allegedly…

The gun expert would be at high fault but I don’t see how Baldwin would be blameless here.

This. Alec Baldwin has been an incredibly liberal, anti-2A person forever. Always a smug assshole about everything, too. All he's done since he killed that chick is act likeheis the victim. Tragic event but it was an accident you can't compare it to someone driving whole under the Influence he was acting stupidly pointing a gun he thought was prop with blanks and pulled the trigger. Is stupid to point even a b.b gun at someone. Nothing is going to bring her back and if he has any decency at all I would think living with rhay each day is extremely painful. I but 25 years no. He should have to give bher family 25 million. No amount of money is worth someone's life but that's really all he can do.

Yeah he was a fuking idiot for pointing a gun at someone even under those circumstances and in that environment but he had no malice or ill intent.
