Why am I gaining weight? (srs)

Ive been at a consistent 135 for the last five years. I havent chnaged my eating habits or exercising habits but my weight shot up to 140. Im doing everything i can to bring it back down to 135 but its not budging. Hell every time I eat it keeps going up. Ive cut even more than normal but i cant starve myself. What the heck is going on?
