Does anyone lift weights/workout inside their work office?
I own my office space, havent' had time to workout like at all with toddler and work and it costs me $400 in lost income to go to the gym anytime. I was thinking of putting some adjustable dumbells and a bench in the closet with some bands, sometimes Ill have downtime and could do 45 min.
anyone workout in the office?

I would if I could srs.
Unfortunately I’m stuck at a cubicle so there’s no room and it would look psychotic if I started doing burpees or pressing dumbbells in the office. I also only get 30 mins for lunch so not much time to exercise in between. I’ve jogged before but then came back sweaty and it wasn’t comfortable. Sadly have to save my workout sessions for later.
But yeah when I was WFH I would do calisthenics on the clock and it felt good man.

How far away is gym bro?
If its a 15 min drive its takes you an extra 30 a day only.
Go every other day & you will spend 15 min a day to & from gym as compared to just lifting in your office.
Not having time to gym at all sounds horrible brah. CEO’s have time why dont you?
