The only time a man should be associated with cauliflower is if he’s got cauliflower ears. Vegetables are for queers.

Potatoes are fairly low calorie if you don't drench it with butter and sour cream

I’ve had the cauliflower rice that you steam in the microwave. Very bland. I’ll replace rice with it for a week if I have like a beach vacation or pool party or something coming up. I’ll mix it with broccoli and chicken and spices/zero cal soy sauce. Makes it edible.

I’d rather the extra calories for actual rice though. But it’s a nice replacement and a good way for me to drop cals without having to change up my dinners/shopping list.

I tried that 0/very low cal rubbery rice substitute made from “shiritake noodles”. Never again. I don’t even care if the cals are basically negligible. The smell is brutal, it’s rubbery and worse than tofu

I've tried the pre-made cauliflower pizza crusts and they are pretty decent, but pretty flimsy.

Cauliflower rice sucks, IMO. It's nothing like the real thing and just not worth it for me to mess with. I'd rather just have plain or cooked cauliflower heads.

2 pounds of potato has less than 700 calories LOL eat up champ

cauliflower rice is good filler where you would use pasta/rice as a vehicle for some type of sauce

I eat cauliflower as a side often for dinner as the kids will eat it willingly. However, every time I've had cauliflower substituted for another food (like pizza crust or mock mashed potatoes) I end up with a stomach ache. Wtf, amirite?
