Do you guys ever go to plays?

I don't. I actually used to do plays in Denver for little or no money.

I got sick of actors
plays are too long and boring.
More of the drama is behind the scenes. G@y divas, females who can't act.
Cement pizzas in a bad mood.

I've only ever been to one play because we had a girl at my work that did them. A couple of us from work went. She ended up being a lezbo in the play and made out with another chick.

I saw the Matt stone and trey Parker one, book of Mormon. 10/10. Not really into plays that much tho.

I like orchestras alot, I have been to a couple. Idk I feel like it's live music for the audiophile, people are quiet so you can listen and the musicians are trying for perfection.

I used to be a volunteer usher at the old globe in san diego.

Easy stuff, you just show a couple old ladies to their seats and then get to grab an empty one and with the show.

It was ok. Saw some decent shows but realized i dont really like live theater. Big stage productions like broadway are cool but the smaller shows werent all that.

The last two "shows" that I have seen were a regular play and the ballet. Both times, I was dating a girl that was one of the stars in it. It is cool to see a GF having a hobby / interest that she is good at.

Also, plenty of children's shows, HS plays, etc. when my kid was young and enjoyed them or was in them.

Gandalf in a traveling company of the Hobbit (long before the movies) A very cute gymnast girl played gollum.
Sheridan Whiteside in "The man who came to Dinner"
Anton Checkov. in some anthology play.
A Jewish guy in some Jewish play.
Some newspaper guy in a play with two Russian cuties.
Manager of a cartoon band. Voice work.
Spock in a cartoon. It's actually funny. I coached the guy who played kirk on how to be Kirk with out the cliche's.
2 parts in an upcoming musical. A Clone soldier and an old blues guy.


hmmm... that's about it that I can recall.

This. Fortunately I'm not well cultured so I don't get asked often. Last one I went to was Little Shop of Horrors which I enjoyed. I also saw Wicked a few years back, it was pretty good

Last play I went to was when the kids were little in school. The adult plays always carry drama and unnecessary bs.
