Road House remake trailer (wtf is this?)



I like most Gyllenhaal movies but wtf is going on here.

Also McGregor's acting looks lol bad.

Will still watch on Prime but did this really need to be remade?

so this is not hitting the Theaters?

The remake was supposed to star Ronda Rousey but she got knocked out by Holly Holm.

this one looks way too similar to Roadhouse the orgiinal, I just watched it again on Tubi recently and the director pretty much did similar scenes like when Patrick meets the nurse and they fall in love, the club owner going to him giving the card to hire him, etc.

Too many remakes and too many movies, I stopped watching, I miss days before streaming video, when only a few movies were released by major studios now every tom dick and sally are dishing out hundreds of movies a month. And there are good movies that are ignored and never scene due to over-saturation.

This version is the better remake option. They were gonna have Ronda Rousey play the lead (Patrick’s character) originally before she got ragdolled by Holm and Núñez.

Trailer looked totally over the top, just as this movie should be. Looking forward to cliches, one liners and a lot of gratuitous violence for no reason whatsoever.

Honestly when I heard they were remaking it I was wondering why, but this looks like a decent remake.
