Just had the most f’ked up dream omg

Just had the most f’ked up dream omg
Wtf
Wake up sleep paraylsis, but actually wake with it……within my dream. A dream within a dream
Like had’fake’ sleep paralysis within a dream but felt so real
Then woke up (within dream still) / got out of sleep paralysis and Heartbeat was beating like 200 bpm …..panting to catch breath - feel like can have heart attack anytime …..trying anything to stop heart beating fast or going to have a heart attack
Can real ‘feel’ heart pounding sensation in dream and massive anxiety it’s going to give out any second
Also Voices of two girls whispering
Can see heart beating fast through T shirt (in dream)
Try to go to ambulance outside my room but then stuck in sleep paralysis again WHEN walking to door
Still cocious but can’t move in dream
Then wake up from dream now , heart beat normal
Omg WTF heart was beating so fast and dream. It was like alien, where pop out of stomach
What makes it worse is this location in dream, is exactly same as the room at the moment. Oh my God.
