What’s your fav dessert?

I like ice cream but a healthier alternative is full fat plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries or raspberries.

Arguably tastes even better than ice cream!

I made a triple chocolate mousse cake a few years ago, white milk and dark chocolate. It was amazing, quickly became my favourite dessert. Takes a while to make, but so worth it.

I've never been a huge dessert person, either icecream or otherwise. But my father in law makes kulfi for my daughter, which I then end up eating as, if daddy won't eat it, she thinks something is wrong with it.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
