The thing I got came with googles because you're not supposed to look at it. Maybe it still helps the eyes though.

It works for real

I had Red Light Heatlamp that I used regularly for months.

I posted my PR bench using those.

Recently bought expensive Red Light device from Amazon but chite didn't induce heat on my body.

I found it kind of useless and returned.

They say to work it doesn't need to induce heat. But I like mine that way.
