Prince of Persia returned back to it's 2D roots and is quite possibly the best Ubisoft game released in a few years. I havn't bought it yet, but the demo was fun and I can't wait to pick it up during a slower time.

Yakuza Infinite Wealth released and already it's almost GOTY material for me. I love Yakuza games, but I don't really consider them goty material despite being super fun, but this game is such a huge upgrade over the previous ones that it's gotta be in the running so far lol.

Tekken 8 released to good reviews and seems like fighting gamers are eating well.

TLOU2 remastered released, adding a solid upgrade into an already amazing title

Plus we've had smaller surprises like Palworld, Enshrouded.



That's just January, we've got Persona 3 reload, Dragons Dogma and FF7 Rebirth in Feb as well.
