What's the most accurate way to measure height? (by urself at home)

Standing against a wall and using a marker is not accurate since ur estimating from ur forehead and not top of head. Also there is errors of pointing the marker higher or lower.

Any cheap accurate ways to do this alone without going to the doctor?

Stand under something low like a door frame or shelf or something. Find an object that fits between there and your head, then measure them both

I usually measure from taint to tip.
