Lamar: 0-4 in playoff when his defense lets up more than 13 points

Why can’t this guy win playoff games? Can someone explain this?

Isn’t he a former MVP? He should be able to score more than 13 points. Ffs the defense held Mahomes to 17 and they still lost. This doesn’t make any sense

some guys just don't have "IT"..."IT" is a very special thing in sports. "IT" mainly shows up in the biggest moments. Eli Manning had "IT".

True. And then I guess some guys are anti “IT” as well as we saw this weekend.

9 total TD vs 9 Total Tov in 6 games. That’s brutal

Meanwhile, Mahomes is 11-3 in the same scenario.

All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

And he'll feel even more pressure in future playoff games.

This was the year. The D held KC to 17 points. He fumbled through a dumb INT. Flowers fumbled a TD. Coaches game plan was hot garbage.

But this was the year.

They need to load up on D so they don't give up more than 10 points in the playoffs.

Did you go or sell the tickets, how was the experience?
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

I think you gotta ask yourself

If you need your defense to hold the opposing team to 10 points in order to win, are you really the MVP?

Sold 6 of the 8 for $8,500. Experience was amazing other than them losing like dogs.

Clearly regular season MVP don't translate to playoffs for LJ.

But really, when you look at it, the numbers are not there to even call him a regular season MVP

Does 3600 yards 24 passing TDs really sound like an MVP to you?

Maybe it was their dominant defense and run game that won them games I dunno

Exactly. I don’t know how a guy with middle of the pack stats on a team that held teams (including 3 playoff teams) to single digit points 5 times is viewed as so valuable.

He’s simply just not that valuable to the ravens.

In Lamar’s playoff losses his defense allows an average of 21 points. In Josh Allen’s playoff losses his defense allows an average of 31 points. But Lamar remains immune to criticism by the media.

Didn't he just sign a big contract extension this past offseason? How long are the ravens stuck with him?

Stuck isn't the right word. I'd rather be the Ravens than some purgatory team like the Jets, Colts, or Giants right now. At least you'll always have a chance to play in January. Dumb luck and injuries can always come up clutch the way they helped Peyton win his second super bowl.
