If you have an office job and train in the evening...Cereal / Oats for breakfast

Is the worst way to start they day. Cereal in particular is probably the worst chit you can eat lol

First 2-3 meals should always be protein and fats

- For a sedentary job.
- If you lift in the afternoon / evening.
- carbs later in the day is far superior.
We living in a clown world.
