can a billion dollar company afford to pay it's workers more without raising prices on it's customers?

Not watching it, but fast food is entry-level work. It should only be a livable wage without any luxuries. Entry-level work should be a stepping stone to better wages and better work. Only retards and socialists think entry-level work should provide more than a living wage and allow for new iPhones every year

Yes bring back the days when young bubbly teens/young adults exclusively staffed these fast food joints. Preferably with an older well payed manager to keep them all in line.

I am SICK AND TIRED of going to the joints and having to deal with old, worn out, grumpy, fat, ugly, disgruntled men/women who hate their lives. No I don't want some grown balding man who failed at life to prepare my food. I want a hot young sloot or even a ****gy young Twink to make my burger and fries. Also tired of the damn ******

How much production is being done - how much money is being brought to the company

If this person wasn't doing it, would someone else do it for less

What is the value society has placed on this role - consider that this role was considered a necessity during covid.

How much is the time worth of the person doing it?

Hiw difficult is the task - can anyone do it or just a few educated people

All this should come together to create the pay of this job

This is the exact kind of work a robot will be doing in the next few years.

In fact I think they already have McDonald’s that are fully automated.

So what’s it worth to do this kind of work? Take the cost of the robot, add maintenance, deduct salvage value, and amortize it over its lifespan. I’m guessing it’s not a very large number in units meaningful to a peasant like $/hr which is what I think you’re getting at
