Who else loves lifting straps

Late to the party but better late than never. Just acquired lifting straps two weeks ago and have used a few times for my pull days. And got sore like when I started lifting thirteen years ago. Stoked for some new growth hopefully!

I use them for back exercises because it takes tremendous pressure off my chronic tennis elbow that won't go away. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I pretty much use them for every single back movement. You can just train forearms separate. And holding a barbell or machine handle doesn't even grow your forearms well anyway.

They helped when I was younger

Tried them again as an oldcel and didn't rly see a benefit

My grip strength must've improved from the decades of fapping and video gaming
