worring about microplastics is the most retarted thing you can do

at most it decreases your T by a few percent. Meanwhile dog chit diet and sleep with reduce it by 50%+

alcohol and smoking is way worse for your health. Air pollution from driving on the highway is way worse than any microplastics you're breathing in

all studies showing plastics are causing cancer are done with rats wth insane exposure to plastics


also it's literally everywhere, you can't avoid it. so why stress over it ?

When I'm reminded of microplastics I'm like "Oh yeah microplastics... that sucks". Then totally forget about them moments later until the next time someone brings them up.

So you get it out of the water, but it's in the air, carpet, clothing, household items offgassing fumes, food processing, unless you go full caveman mode you're not escaping it.
