Brutal. His legal fees this year are going to be enormous, and he'll need all the money he can get to beat Brandon. A huge chunk of it will wind up being squandered on his legal issues, instead of in critical swing states. Who knows if he'll even be able to campaign.

Lawyers don't tend to work pro bono on cases that have little chance of winning and will only hurt their reputation. I guess being notorious for not paying your lawyers [Hi Rudy] is a bad thing.
