Reminder: TIME TO PAY UP. MORTGAGE IS DUE

Pay up *******s. All of that time for honeydicking around is OVER.

Now open your wallet, bend over and spread it.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

What’s a mortgage?

Is it that thing when poor people ask the bank to buy a house for them because they can’t afford it themselves?

It's working out well for me right now. The bank is paying higher interest on my savings than they are charging on the mortgage.

Companies use debt, cities use debt, states/provinces use debt, countries use debt

Being able to secure good debt at solid rates is part of how you get ahead
