I've had a few neighbors do a 'midnight move out" when they decide to bail on the lease and then just bankrupt everything.

One family moved on Sunday evening and trashed the place.

Another couple rented a strage unit and slowly moved everything there before they got the last of it after the office was closed one evening and just left.

These were crappy places that didn't deserve any better, but some Ladlords are good and don't deserve to be done that way.
