Need steak advice ..... quick

Cast iron pan. I have a sear on both sides, now I have to finish it in the oven. 350 degrees for how long? For Medium to Medium well (not for me).

Thanks for the replies. Don't want to overcook. I like mine med rare which is easier to get right.

Yea, you fooked it up. Looks like dry leather. Must've been chewy af.

Don't worry, though. Like most things, steak is something you get better at the more you make it. Trial and error.

I use the Omaha Steaks cooking charts. When you remove from the oven let it sit for a few min before cutting. You can never go wrong.

It didn't help that it wasn't consumed until 30 mins after I made it. I had to have it ready before he got here because he had to leave for a trip.
