Thanks. It’s looking bad. But there’s some hope.

Ventilator, pacemaker, lung infection, internal bleeding from leg artery (heparin can’t be used, protamine used to reverse heparin), transfusions, triple angioplasty or bypass, Swan-Ganz in place, Impella pump in place, epi, etc.


Fuk it all. If you’ve experienced it, you know what all that means. I’ll find out more later.

sorry to hear it man, my gma died of cancer recently after my dog passed too. life feels like chit rn but atleast i know they arent suffering anymore. spend time with your dad and make sure he knows that you love him jsut incase anything happens because our time with our loved ones is never guaranteed. i will pray for you

Before he went to the hospital, I had my kids see him. They hugged him and said they love him. I expected it to be an angioplasty, and for him to be back a couple of days later. But we all know how life works. It’s the one thing I’m really proud of this year. Those hugs before all if this.

Update-they controlled the bleeding, two stents were placed on the left side where major blockages were. They left a less severe blockage on the right alone, as it was too risky. The impella pump made it possible according to the cardiologist, and transfusions saved his life.
