steak looks good. potatoes meh, not sure what the weird goop is on top. cheese/salsa would be a better option.

What I was suggesting, never was a fan of sour cream, low fat greek yogurt is a viable substitute. Cheese/salsa is a much better option for potatoes though, don't think I've ever purchased sour cream in my life. Anytime it's an option on a takeout mexican dish I would nix it.
