Do you workout during travel/ vacation?

Will be on vacation for 2 weeks starting end of February/ March. Haven't traveled in a good minute.

Do you guys just rest or should I do a few mini workouts every week?

Yup. If it has a gym I do, but I always book a hotel with a decent gym.

Nah, I take a deload/rest week once in a while even when not on vacation, and even if you don't work out for 2 full weeks you're not gonna lose any muscle in such a short time. Just enjoy your vacation.

If I'm going on a cruise, I usually work out because there isn't much to do during sea days. Plus, calorie intake is massive so I have to do something just to feel less guilty.

For other types of trips, I usually plan to sightsee or am working and do not have a lot of downtime, so I don't try to fit in workouts. Outside of travel, it's rare that I take more than three consecutive days off from training, so a break for a week or two never does any harm.

2 weeks is too long. Book a hotel with a gym, do day passes at a local gym, or do bodyweight and cardio

Yes

If you can't find an hour to exercise on a day when you don't even have work commitments, you clearly aren't very committed to it

Only exception is if you're on a 16 hour flight. It's genuinely hard to find time to work out when you are stuck on a plane..

I usually find hotels with decent gyms so I can get at least a basic workout in. I don't worry about diet, eat and drink whatever I want; because I'm walking so much I often actually lose a couple pounds.

Yes going for a nice run or a hotel gym or a nearby LA fitness or something is great, you can come back to a nice hotel room and chill. And it’s nice and relaxing not worry about having work the next day.

This. I try to work out and walk the track when on a cruise because of how much food there is.

Other than that I try to time my deload week for the week of vaca. Usually there is some sight seeing though so that also works towards cardio. When we were in Bermuda it was almost non stop sight seeing so there was a ton of walking every day.

It depends.

If we're doing 1 week + in a national park, I'm not going to search for a gym. But our hikes are pretty intense, so I feel fine "letting go" for a week etc.

If I'm traveling for work, first thing I do is check gyms near where I'm staying or if the place where I'm staying has training. Work trips I like finding pools and blasting out laps, even if jet lagged it helps energy levels srs.

It looks like the answers are split 50/50.

I'm going to try to get in a few 20-30 minute sessions each week

If i'm on vacation i'll stick to bodywright exercises in the morning, but if i'm traveling for work, certainly. I like to buy a day pass for random locally owned gyms just to see what they have to offer. Its actually pretty fun.

Depends where I am and for how long. Generally, no. Except maybe a run or a walk.

Although I was in a nice hotel in Miami last year, I used their gym cause of the beach and pools lol. Had to get a pump.

Just get a quick pump in, nothing crazy. It's not about progression in those days, it's just about overall health and feeling good. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Yes, always workout while traveling. Obviously it depends on gym availability, but if there's a gym nearby I'll try to workout 4-5x per week. If not, I'll at least go for a run or hike or something.

Yeah I’ll try to do something if they have a hotel gym or if there’s a nice gym nearby and I try to do a lot of walking

yeah 90% of shops ship out dbol, and you can tell because you will get a wave of euphoria from your first few times using it and then shoulders will look like you have a 24/7 pump.

Depends where you're going & what you're doing. You may feel too exhausted to work out, or you may not.
