Let him.commit a federal crime and see.what happens. Nothing keeps a corrupt cop up late at night sweating more than worrying about the FBI/DoJ getting wind of their pathetic dishonorable behavior.. same goes for anyone at any level

As far as jurisdiction goes County wise the sherif has top billing. Well you have the coroner but the Sherrif is top dog.
