Is this depression? srs

Not feeling sad, nor nervous

Just feel this weird fatigued and hardly get excited about anything. Certain places really trigger this for some reason. Days seem mundane.
Feel like I want to cry sometimes for no reason at all.

Food kind of boost my energy and dopamine levels for some reason.

Is this depression? I used to believe being lovesick is what depression is, but then I knew I was sad. Now I'm not really sad about anything, just lifeless.

Might be seasonal depression. Hit a tanning bed once or twice a week for a month and see if it helps. Use to do it for me in my younger days.
