Tyler Reks is transgendered now?

Knew his name briefly from years back but didn’t realize he went full mental.

Why is a cosmetic surgery even necessary when these folks allege that gender is not about specific norms and visual appearance, and instead is innate? Why does he need to chop his pee pee off and add tits to appeal to having gender specific elements?
As for transitioning, Tuft had to address changing from "280 pounds of a man."

"That's who I was. I was the protector. I was the alpha male of alpha males, and everything I did revolved around that. But when I made the decision to medically transition. It was so powerful that I was truly ready to release all of it," Tuft said.

"God is it hard to get rid of that much muscle. It is a chore," Tuft said.

"It's been it's been a sobering… year to six months," Tuft said. The former WWE superstar said taking estrogen was an emotional whirlwind, "like going through a second puberty."

No I mean it makes perfect sense. He started with one body dysmorphia and ended with another. Literal mental illness.

Dude most likely had body dysmorphia, became very muscular (roid-aided, no doubt), was much less happy with his body, then went polar opposite in the search for his ideal aesthetic. He's loving the attention, but I guarantee he's still very unhappy. And will most likely end up committing suicide in a few years.
