Thinking back how things were

Not sad, I am blessed, but was touched by a small thought. Thinking back many years ago when my first family broke up, messy divorce etc. Mother and father never talked since, father and sister too. We, myself included, very very rarely talk about the past, too much grief and bad memories I suppose. And when not talking about memories, in time, they really do start to fade. Can't remember much now to be honest. Few might be so lucky, but having a strong first family that gets together and talks about past experiences, must be nice.
