FFVII... Twin Pack vs Rebirth physical disc. Which should I get?

Argument for twin pack:

- I haven't played the Intermission DLC (100%'d the remake though). So I'd get it for free along with Rebirth. $20 value I think.

Argument for physical disc:

- I can sell/trade the game once I'm done with it
- Buying from Amazon will give me 5% cash back (for like $3.75 lol)

What would you do?

The intermission DLC is solid but its not necessary at all and with rebirth so close dont bother.

Physical, you wont get much for resale but better than nothing.
