This is the 14th amendment on the ballot case

One note:

The markets have been helped off optimism Trump's ahead in polls- and likely to win - there is a possibility there could be a downturn today if the scotus oral argument sounds bad for him- be prepared

I have it on, watching CSPAN on TV. I want them to disqualify Trump from the ballot so that he won't be our nominee

Roberts sounds sympathetic to the leftists.

So I've been listening from the start

From what I hear -- the lawyer representing CO got smacked down hard, especially by Gorsuch and Alito ("you're not answering the question. It's not helpful when you do that"; "Don't change the hypothetical... if you can't answer the question, say so and we'll move on")

I must also say: Justice Jackson sounded really fair and intelligent. She has a reputation for being a leftist shill. But she hasn't been bad here

Overall -- Thomas, Gorsuch, Roberts, Kagan, Kavanaugh, Alito, Barrett, and Jackson all sound like they will NOT affirm CO's decision. Sotomayor will likely be the only one to affirm, or it'll be unanimous
