NFL isnt big in canada at all, but the superbowl is always an event and most households watch it.

Cant speak for anyone but myself, i only watch the superbowl and i know some of the rules, but not an expert by any means. I know enough to understand whats going on. I played football for one year which helps my understanding of the rules.

There are some huge NFL fans in Canada but its nowhere near hockeys popularity.

This. I watch it for sure, especially because Canadian football is terrible, but the entire viewership is about 130 million.

As a reference point, the World Cup final in 2022 had 1.5 BILLION viewers.
