Man throws up liters of blood on plane flight
Ban chamomile tea
But when staff tried to soothe his condition with some chamomile tea, blood suddenly poured out of his mouth and nose. Martin Missfelder who watched the tragedy unfold said traumatized passengers were left screaming in shock.
He told the Swiss German-language daily newspaper Blick: “It was absolute horror, everyone was screaming. They gave him a little chamomile tea, but he already spit blood into the bag that his wife held out to him.”

They're worried about the trauma of the bystandards for having to have witnessed not, but they don't seen to worried about the guy who was throwing up tons of blood...
Edit: Welp, he died. I guess they were right to only care about the trauma or the passengers.
