NGL, before and during the game I was kinda wishing I had some kind of a play betting on the 49ers. Glad I didn't.
I've never tried sports betting, outside of friendly small money fantasy leagues. I feel like it's way worse than stock options or even casino gambling. All it takes is one player to be injured/sick, sketchy "scripted" chit that happens behind the scenes, bad calls from a referee, or many other things. Just can't predict any of it, makes no sense to me why people think it's actually a good idea. And it all comes down to one game. At least with stock options you can choose expiry dates that are months, or even years away, giving you the flexibility to accept a minor loss or realize some gains every second of every stock market trading day. Way more control since you're in charge to act on the position at any such time, at least it feels that way.

You can also realize losses/gains from sports betting. I can cash out at any point in-play.

A good bet is hockey when the playoffs starts I do a bracket every year, and it can be unpredictable...I bet on the Panthers to beat Bruins last playoffs, and got a huge payout...Bruins had a historic season too, and finished 1st place overall by some points. Stopped betting on the Panthers though once they got to Vegas funny enough so yeah that one was kinda rigged lol.

I love betting on big matches, it adds a lot to the drama/fun.
If memory serves you're pretty well off OP so I'm sure it's no real loss.

Imagine betting against the GOAT and feeling like youโre the victim here. LMAO!
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.
