I was looking to do business with realtors and walked in to a few realtors. All the realtors welcomed me with open arms and sat with me.

When I attempted to do the same thing with the one today. the door was closed. I figured I would be buzzed in. The lady sitting by the desk came up to the glass door and started asking me questions through the glass door!!!! I asked her if she would open up the door and talk to me, she said no!!! I asked if she was open and she said yes!!!

This is not the way to treat people. She said she was the only one working there and she didn't know me!!! I don't understand, if this is a place of business than why are they open to the public?do you think is right to treat people like criminals?

A few months back, I was trying to buy a small TV for a spare room at a Best Buy. Found what I wanted on the floor, but only the display model was out, so I asked a worker if they could find any (it takes 2 seconds for them to check their stock on store provided devices they all carry). Dude proceeded to wander around huffing and puffing while telling me to follow him. He kicked a sign near the floor in frustration. Disappeared for 15 minutes in the back, then I asked another guy who handed me one in 1 minute as the other guy returned and acted annoyed that I finally asked someone else.

Yeah true **** is really lame. I went to a hardware store a few weeks ago and all the employees on the floor were **** bitch women. Old hags and dumpy bitch women, and every one of them had an attitude.

If businesses don't want people to do all their shopping online they will have to weed out the ****ty workers.

It's funny when you get the employees who act like you're bothering them by asking them to do the most basic chit their job requires.

Yeah, I guess the flip end of my story was that an actually decent employee wound up helping me out pretty fast when I finally resorted to trying a different worker. But yeah, the bad ones really stand out these days.

i get hassled alot in the stores they follow me around the stores peeking at me accusing me of stealing there stuff . even twice had 2 different guys following me into the parking lot trying to fight me . they hire mentally ill people to work for them

I don't blame them, them make absolute dogchit money.

Low skilled employees with chit pay, and I'm sure they deal with scum of the earth all day (not directed toward OP, just literally thinking about the chit they deal with).

In hospitality, they dont value staff with customer service skills because they're never the ones who get promoted.
Only the bitchy ones who politic do.

I have thus far refused to join the NPC's and become a soul-less POS scum bag.

It's cuz people are either high at work or don't care about their jobs anymore. A lot of people in lala land now too since covid for some reason. It's not even a 50/50 chance you get decent customer service now.
